Responsibilities 

  • Conducting air quality regulatory and compliance analyses

``` - Performing emission calculations and developing emission inventories including criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants, and greenhouse gases.

``` - Evaluating pollution control technologies, including technical and economic feasibility of pollution control equipment

``` - Prepare and direct permit applications in accordance with federal, state, and local air district requirements

``` - Preparing comprehensive progress and project closeout reports

``` - Managing environmental permitting and compliance projects 

```{=html}

``` - Assisting in and directing team to develop complete and accurate air quality permits for major and minor sources, including Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, and New Source Review compliance

``` - Assisting with compliance planning and facility auditing

``` - Assisting clients with developing their sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs, which involves collecting and analyzing facility data, developing content, and establishing actionable sustainability solutions

``` - Act in a leading role for air permitting marketing and business development efforts, including technical proposals and cost estimates 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field

``` - 15+ years of relevant environmental industry experience

``` - Familiar with conducting Emissions Inventories and Title V Reporting 

```{=html}

``` - Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to an established team of geologists, engineers, and scientists to meet client service expectations and deadlines

``` - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and project team members 

```{=html}

``` - Ability to grow and develop an air permitting team to expand Trihydro's current portfolio

``` - Strong technical and problem-solving skills 

```{=html}

``` - Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables

``` - Fluent in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and affiliated applications?

``` - Clean driving record and a commitment to safe operations

``` - Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices
