Job Description

Our Client is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our team supporting our Midwest Environmental Services Project Management and Planning Group. The primary focus for this Environmental Project Manager will be natural resource permitting for transmission lines and substations in the Midwest states. Other responsibilities include transmission line and substation routing and siting. Additional tasks involve client coordination and quality control of natural and cultural resource deliverables, preparing and monitoring project scope, schedule, and budget, providing advice on natural resource state and local permitting, performing routing/siting studies and analyses, and preparing associated reports. The role also involves participating in the preparation of OPSB applications. Up to 10% travel is expected.

Key requirements:

• 8+ years in natural resource permitting

• B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related degree

• Expertise in Midwest state regulations

• Strong project management skills

Work Environment

Hybrid preferred- onsite 2-3 days a week. Travel up to 10%
