Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for ongoing opportunities. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while fostering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Job Postings: Craft compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently filled roles to anticipate future hiring needs.

  • Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates during the hiring process, and offer strategic input to improve recruitment outcomes.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and career opportunities in all candidate interactions.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to set new hires up for success.

  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate retention to identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS certifications are a plus.
