About the team The Worldpay procurement team brings focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. They serve as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers. What you'll own The Procurement System and Process Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the process and systems within the procurement organization. This role involves analyzing current procurement practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient procurement strategies with a strong focus on end user experience. The Analyst will ensure the procurement system and process are effectively integrated, maintained, and utilized to full potential, providing critical support to procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. You will evaluate and improve procurement processes, implementing streamlined procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will implement, maintain, and support procurement systems, conducting audits, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective integration with other business systems and process as required. You will analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare reports and dashboards to support strategic planning. You will create and provide training and support to procurement team members and stakeholders and manage user access and permissions within the procurement system. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks in the procurement process. You will support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and programs. Where you'll own it You'll own it in our thriving Cincinnati hub.
