About the team
Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES)
ACES MX Tenets:
1.- We model the behavior and methods we teach.
2.- We set our priorities based on Brilliant Basics. When there is a conflict between two of them, a lower level BB may be prioritized only by business decision (i.e., Cost over Quality), considering the initiatives for their long-term benefits.
3.- We don't assume; we research, dev1elop, document and share standards that build a solid and sustainable foundation for operations, always supported by data.
4.- We standardize before we innovate (Don't reinvent the wheel!). Innovation is sought when the current standard has been exploited to the maximum. Challenging a standard will never be the same as not following it.
5.- We value diversity and build inclusive teams as a key factor for standardization and innovation, breaking down organizational silos.
