Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
In this critical role, you will drive AI customer adoption IN LAD region by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging analytics across a large, dynamic organization. We seek a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a strong ability to navigate complex, non-routine challenges. This role will report to the Chief of Staff of a 4,000 strong organization. You will work closely with leadership, program managers, product managers, and SMEs to understand functional requirements while partnering with other teams to deliver analytical support and reporting.
Responsibilities
Provide analytics and reporting, creating stories that illustrate where the business should be heading.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives across departments.
Facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives.
Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
Drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Develop communication plans and training materials for rolling out new processes and process changes.
Work fully independently, often on exceptionally complex, critical projects. Seek input and collaboration when appropriate.
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Requirements
MBA, BA, or BS in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, STEM-based degree, or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
8+ years of experience in executing and managing technical initiatives, with a focus on delivering cross-functional projects and data-driven business analysis.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive teams toward common goals.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
At ease with analytical tools and PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations to large audiences.
Awareness of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills.
Good presenter and speaker. Comfortable in front of groups.
