Continental Retail Sales Manager in Ciudad de México, Mexico

Establish strategies that achieve the business goals for the assigned channel, including PLT, TT, HVT, Continental, CMC & Others.
Provide input as a key stakeholder into the sales planning forecasting process, rolling up external sales inputs and representing the customer in the sales meetings with supply chain
Stablish a 5 year plan with milestones for the channel: Sales, Needs, Resources, etcProactively leads a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, KPIs, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive sales channel relationship.
Manage the team focusing on developing the right skills to achieve their goals, using sales force as part of the tools the create engagement and follow ups with the team
Ensure the marketing plans development, (together with the Marketing department) requesting specific promotions (after conducting the market analysis) cross promotions, local and focused promotions, rewards, loyalty, inventory removal.Provide support and monitoring for the effective operation of programs, campaigns and communication.Sell in / Sell out: Development of strategies and actions to increase sales. Sell in and sell out based on information analysis.Supervision of all activities in which customers and consumers are involved.Work with the marketing area and suppliers to ensure that the processes and materials used are what customers need.Monitor that identifications comply with defined standards.Implementation, supervision of the national / regional channel campaign and activities plan.Check, coordination and monitoring of individual campaigns by client.Develop events with clients or costumers. Manage the marketing accruals of the channel
Ensure the sales team, analyze the information provided by the BI department and generated by the dealer, using it for customer consultancy, implementation of campaigns, (Pricing, SOM, SOB, Sell in, Sell out, car repair shop services, financial, inventories). - Constantly provide information to BI about the competition, customers, the market, product catalog, etc. - Application and monitoring of special authorizations. BI loads the conditions into the system, and authorizes them.
Follow up, tracking the budget assigned for travel expenses with a +-5% deviation.
Ensure the team is focus on opening new customers to have a national coverage
Visit independent car repair shops and points of sale in the assigned area, carrying out the following activities on each visit:-Organize and plan work schedule-Retail Check list at points of sale-Presentation of scope of goal and sales.-Review and monitoring of implemented Sell out campaigns.-Review of information on Sell out tires and workshop services.-Visit fleets with the partner.-Review of KPIs of the points of sale-Visit the competition.-Prospection. Analysis of the territory and markets, to identify business opportunitiesDetect the need for Continental presence, and seek the opening of new pu-Market studies.-Training and training for work teams and vendors.- Develop events with clients or costumers.
Prepare executive presentations for Top Management, National Management, internal & external clients.
- Support to solve problems in the operation and logistics process.Traditional Channel Sales - Advice to generate ideas, strategies and campaigns focused on retail and development of service workshops.Finance: support the department for portfolio recovery through effective communication between the department and clients (support payment in a timely manner)Mediator to achieve credit-related agreementsKnowledge of financial aspects, ensuring that they are implemented in the preparation of business plans as well as in the fulfillment of KPI's.Collaboration in assigned projects (internal & external)

Bachelors Degree completed.
At least 3 years Experience working in sales (focus in retail business)
At least 3years Experience leading project teams, direct leadership of people
Previous experience in Retail will be a strong plus.
Advanced level of english is required. ( Interviews will be in english )
