US Tech Solutions Payroll Clerk in Clackamas, Oregon
Duration: 04 Months Contract with possible extension
Work schedule: Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PST (EM is flexible with a 6:30 start)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Review audit weekly time & attendance and process pay checks
Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., reception duties, IT requests, form creation)
Update human resources files
Assist in creating and managing department SOP’s
Create and issue purchase orders for non-stock items (e.g., parts, janitorial and office supplies, etc.)
Create routing of shipment schedules for products
Inventory management activities (e.g., physical inventories of supplies)
Process sales orders and sales returns
Participate in special projects
Participate in the development and maintenance of a world class manufacturing environment
Work safely
Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Computer Skills, to include basic knowledge of Microsoft Systems with emphasis in Excel
Knowledge of Payroll Management and Processing
Excellent customer service skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Self-starter and willing to learn new tasks as the job grows
Detail oriented team player, with excellent time management skills
Experience with payroll and Collective Bargaining Agreements is nice to have
