Modivcare Program Manager in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania

This position is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of strategic programs and projects to help meet company goals. The role involves assisting in executing project requirements and collaborating with team members across the organization to help achieve strategic objectives.

You will…

  • Oversee the execution of smaller, well-defined projects or parts of larger projects.

  • Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources needed to achieve project goals.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation is maintained.

  • Work with team members across different departments or functions, ensuring that tasks are assigned and progress is made according to the project plan.

  • Serve as the point of contact for project-related questions and ensure clear communication between the team and stakeholders. Escalate issues to higher management when needed.

  • Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project success and work with senior management to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Help coordinate resources (team members, tools, materials) to ensure the project stays on track

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field.

  • Zero (0) plus years of Program or Project Management experience.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Maintain positivity, transparency, and foster collaboration.

  • Communicate effectively and directly through both verbal and written channels

  • Familiarity with MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet and Tableau a plus.

  • Problem-solving skills and time management.

  • Prioritize a large number of competing priorities and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Can handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional and discrete way

  • Works well and collaborates with others as well as manages conflict.

  • Shows the ability to make critical decisions with little direction while following company policies and guidelines.

  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization.

  • Must be results-driven with the ability to multi-task and use good judgment to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines and priorities.

  • Quick to execute ad-hoc projects and adapt to change.

  • Displays planning and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $69,900-$94,400/Year
