Job Title: Project SchedulerJob Description
• Establish and maintain a Portfolio Master Schedule including monitoring, status reporting, and revisions as required. • Review a project's deadlines and budget with the Project Controller. • Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for Project Controller and Project Manager. • Create project progress reports and make recommendations for ways to improve the project's progress. • Analyze performance data to establish performance metrics. • Develop risk mitigations. • Work closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules. • Support Project Controller in maintaining current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow. • Compare ongoing project activities with the project management plan and project performance baseline. • Anticipate potential problems and recommend resolution for Project Controller and Project Manager. • Develop a comprehensive master schedule for the project, incorporating both the contractors' and internal schedules. • Ensure that schedule tracking is consistently updated.
Hard Skills
Project Scheduling experience within manufacturing
Heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Industrial construction
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Primavera P6 preferred
Handling/scheduling up to 500 Activities

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Work Environment
Heavy industrial refinery expanding on current footprint in a greenfield Critical Minerals Project. Dirty and hot environment, with sufficient office spaces that are temperature controlled.
