Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a Property Management Coordinator I to work onsite in St Bethlehem, Tennessee. The primary purpose of this job is to perform administrative functions that support the Property Management Division of PenFed Realty. This role is accomplished by assuring a high level of professionalism in all business dealings and providing exceptional customer service to property management agents, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.

Greet and welcome guests in a polite manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming property management or sales office phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material available for use.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the office via the reception desk.
Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Prepare property management reports as requested and on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Follow guidance from leadership or agent in relation to scheduling any cleaning service or maintenance request for managed properties.
Responsible for directing all tenant service requests to the appropriate real estate professional.
Ensure all property management files are appropriately stored within the company's propriety systems.
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication including organizational skills.
Must be self-motivated and work well independently.
Possess excellent technology acumen to be able to effectively use intricate software systems on a daily basis.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and various other programs.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
Travel
Limited travel to various worksites is required.
