WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY COMPLIANCE & PERFORMANCE SR MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Drive Hard-working Culture
Employee Engagement, 1:1 meetings with direct reports, mentor, training
Supplier Management
Material Quality Inspections, Factory Test, Operational Assessments, SCARS
Product Quality
Finished product sampling and testing
Non-Conformance Management / CAPA process
Product/Material Quarantine Process
Calibration Management
Provide Legal Counsel with quality data for patent litigation
FDA Inspections
NPI
Provide quality data to support submissions
Factory Test, PMTA, MRTPA, SE’s
Complete required FDA regulatory training
EHS
Pulsar Observations, supervise adherence to regulatory/company standards
Support QAT, PI&T, P&HM assessments within factory
Support implementation of programs to ensure compliance with Company EHS polices, Company Safety Rules and regulatory requirements.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g. SAP, MES) and product and packaging effects on quality requirements
Knowledge of quality principles and practices (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, HACCP)
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
BS degree in business, engineering or science preferred
Five years of experience including plant level manufacturing experience in production or production support area
Strong regulatory compliance background including proven understanding of quality system requirements
Experience in working with Microsoft Office Professional Suite
Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
BENEFICIAL
ASQ certifications (CQA, CQE, CQM)
Expertise of Quality Management System requirements
Experience leading people/processes in a regulated production environment
Knowledge of TPMP regulations

The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:
401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent

Paid Leave:
Sick and Personal Time (exempt employees may be excused with pay for brief absences; non-exempt employees receive up to 6 days)
