Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing engineer for an end client in Clearwater, FL. He/she will provide effective manufacturing engineering support to develop, direct, and implement the systems, technologies, processes, and methods used for the manufacturing and qualification of Aerospace products with particular focus on the mechanical, electrical, and machined components and assemblies.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor of Science dgree in Engineering field, or equivalent pf eight or more years in a progessively responsible manufacturing engineering role

Minimum of two year experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role

Strong PC skills including Adobe, MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

An understanding of standard manufacturing systems such as cost estimation and analysis, capacity planning, line balancing, lean manufacturing, PFMEAs, process mapping and auditing

Experience in Aerospace or Automotive industry

Six Sigma Green belt or higher

Strong background in precision machining, brazing and welding standards

Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction null
