Job Description: Position Summary The Data Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the Data Team that aligns with ITR's mission and vision within Crowe Consulting. This role supervises and monitors the Data Department workflow. The Data Manager reports to the Director of Economic Research. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Oversees and provides leadership and training to the Data Team. Ensures that all presentations are completed and sent to the speakers and/or the clients on time. Ensures quality control for presentations. Works with other departments to resolve operational problems. Works on data projects, including rebasing, data revisions, research, and troubleshooting. Assists with updating data and presentations as needed. Performs all other duties as necessary or assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree in business or a related area preferred. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Proficient skill in PowerPoint and SQL High attention to detail. Problem solving ability. Interest in and understanding of Economics. Ability to lead efficient and productive meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. 5 years of experience in a data driven environment. 3 years of experience in a leadership role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
