Job Title: Electronic Assembler | 1st Shift | $21+HR
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembly II professional for a bench position in a clean and detail-oriented environment. The role involves soldering, assembling small parts, reading blueprints, and positioning components for wiring and assembly. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Perform bench work and soldering tasks.
Assemble small parts according to blueprints and schematics.
Position, align, and adjust components to facilitate wiring and assembly.
Move products to the testing stage.
Solder components for 75% of the workday.
Assemble sensors and meters.
Use small hand tools and wire snips for adjustments.
Position and align circuits and assembled sub-assemblies as required.
Connect and route lead wires between component leads, connectors, and terminals.
Install finished assemblies or sub-assemblies.
Perform inspection tasks.
Operate a wave solder machine.
Perform surface mount soldering.
Essential Skills
Experience with electronic assembly.
Proficiency in soldering.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Experience with circuit board wiring, work instructions, and wire harness assembly.
Knowledge of surface mount soldering techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of soldering experience.
Experience using hand tools.
Experience performing sub-assemblies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
