CTG is assisting a client in Cleveland, OH in staffing a Printer Maintenance Associate for an ongoing contract role.

Location : Cleveland, OH

Hours : 8 am to 5 pm, M-F

Job Type : Hourly Consultant-Contract

Pay : $22/hr

This position does require a small amount of driving using your own personal vehicle, mileage is reimbursed. MVR Check required no more than one moving violation in the past three years. (Less than 25% driving)

Minor maintenance on the Xerox copier/printers throughout the client HQ building. Wil need to physically move devices (push them). Deliver toner and supplies to devices. Put paper in devices. Walking throughout the building(s). Driving to the off-site locations and performing similar tasks.

Computer knowledge is a MUST. Both Microsoft applications and the internet. Customer Service is very important! Technical abilities in order to perform minor maintenance on the copiers, such as clearing out jams, inserting toner, replacing feed wheels. Knowledgeable around device IP's, scanning/faxing capabilities.

SKILLS:

• Ability to demonstrate Computer Skills Basic knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)

• Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of MS Word and/or Excel or equivalent -- Open saved workbooks -- Data entry -- Basic data and column/row formatting -- Print and save workbooks –

• Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive email ; -- Find, open and save documents and files -- Perform data entry -- Use internet explorer for web browsing -- Send documents to preconfigured printer

• Able to demonstrate use of Basic Math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)

• Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year); prefer a tech savvy candidate

EDUCATION:

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
