The Sherwin-Williams Company Project Coordinator in Cleveland, Ohio

Act under the supervision of a project and/or organizational manager (Lead Project Manager, Program Manager) Respond to stakeholder requests for information Escalate risks and issues that have potential to impact project(s) Prioritize conflicting project needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Coordinate, organize and document regular project communication meetings. Create, update and maintain basic project documentation, including email groups, meeting minutes, and RAID items. Coordinate the preparation and creation of project presentations by creating and updating templates, merging formats from multiple contributors and reviewing presentations Interact via phone, e-mail, and in-person with internal and external customers, and determine appropriate course of action. Assist with project related meeting coordination, including travel planning, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meeting space reservation, equipment requests and catering needs. Formal Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business). Knowledge and Experience: Required: 1+ year of IT or business experience. 1+ year of experience in one, or more of the following fields: administrative, Operations (supply chain, manufacturing, order management, engineering and procurement), finance, technical (R&D), EHS, regulatory, sales and marketing functions, and related support IT systems Knowledge of basic project management concepts Strong communication skills Preferred: Formal internship in Project management, Operations (supply chain, manufacturing, order management, engineering and procurement), finance, technical (R&D), EHS, regulatory, sales and marketing functions, and related support IT systems Technical/Skill Requirements: Required: Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Written and oral communication skills Presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong commitment to inclusion and diversity.
