The Sherwin-Williams Company Senior Analyst, Business Process Automation in Cleveland, Ohio

As a Senior Business Analyst, Automation within the Business Process Automation COE, you will help to lead the successful deployment of existing and new automation tools across enterprise-wide business groups. You will work with your manager and other peers throughout the COE, our Digital Technology partners and business groups to develop and test automation solutions that support our enterprise-wide strategies and goals. You will work closely with the entire Automation COE to champion a culture of constant improvement while building excitement about our automation capabilities across the enterprise. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: (1) Process Standards and Methods: Use knowledge of our overall automation capabilities to help identify new use cases Complete annual process reviews with Global Process Owners to review existing end-to-end business processes to evaluate for new automation opportunities Drive consistency across all solutions developed to ensure global adoption and value capture (2) Solution Design and Development: Partner with business teams across the org to lead the development of requirements and functional design documents based on prioritized initiatives Working with our digital technology partners, own the complete development, end-to-end testing, and training on new use-case/implementations and enhancements for our automation tools of Celonis, Conexiom and UiPath Provide go-live and post-go-live support for automations as they move into production (3) Support and Maintenance: Coordinate the Tier 1/front-line run-the-business support for automations currently in use with other business analysts on the team Partner with Digital Technology to troubleshoot support issues within established time-resolution SLAs Coordinate on-going reviews of existing bots to assess for performance deterioration (4) Change Management: Partner with your manager and other COE team members to lead enterprise-wide automation capability awareness and training Mentor other COE team members to support their growth in business knowledge, implementation methods, and other areas Publish reporting and dashboarding of key metrics and KPIs to demonstrate automation opportunities realized Participate in excitement-building activities across the enterprise to help keep automation at the forefront of all that the enterprise does Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred: Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CIA, etc.) is preferred KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in a technical or business analyst role, or similar role, that focuses on process improvement and implementation Experience in automation tools (e.g. RPA, Document Automation, Process Mining, etc.) Creative/innovative problem-solving Organization and task management Ability to take ownership of driving projects forward without full direction Preferred: Experience in technical implementations, defining system architectures, and identifying gaps between current-state and desired-end-state for processes and delivering a solution that will achieve the desired outcomes Must possess good written and verbal communications skills Must possess good knowledge of Microsoft Offi
