The Senior Region Manager of Quality is responsible for leading a team of Operations and Plant Quality Managers at 9 manufacturing locations for positive business results, implementing and executing on region and site quality tactical plans, overseeing quality & Continuous Improvement projects, and ensuring our products adhere to quality standards. Additional Information: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week Travel Required: 50% The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Drive compliance and assist in updating QUEST standards focused on Technical or Business processes (100, 200, 800 series). Lead and or participate in complex divisional quality investigations to determine root cause that are customer and/or technical facing. Will step up and lead investigations that are borderline of ownership when needed. Lead for complex divisional complaints that elevate past Define and Stabilize, meet the threshold criteria of ARC, or are being requested by a leadership position. Contact for Quality Customer Centric programs and meetings. Contributor on providing Quality data to the customer along with clearly articulating RCCA and analysis Perform effective data analysis to support complex investigations Develop Technical or Customer facing standard operating procedures and provide training to site personnel to ensure procedures are followed. Work closely with the Business Managers to support necessary quality practices and procedures directly affecting the customers. Lead or actively participates in Customer and Technical facing Regional and Divisional quality and continuous improvement efforts. Be a key owner of Quality domestic and international data integrity and develop the ability to pull meaningful actionable items out of the data. Participate or be a contributor in global projects. Leads key divisional and global projects to improve quality across 2 sites or more. Drives strategic quality initiatives across more complex site(s) that may include multiple divisions, high dollar value products being produced, etc. Manages overall program portfolio and program management for a region. Primary customer facing leader in customer meetings in multiple regions. Utilizes customer data and helps them analyze and solve complex customer line problems as requested. Support necessary quality practices and procedures directly affecting the customers. Lead or actively participates in Customer and Technical facing Regional and Divisional quality and continuous improvement efforts.
