Job Description As a DevSecOps engineer you will be working on the Plex DevSecOps team to develop, mature and operationalize our next-generation platform. We need to be ready to take advantage of opportunities to improve our CICD practices and tools while supporting our current engineering teams. You may Integrate new security tools, maintain scale, improve stability and performance. With an emphasis on security you will work directly with engineering teams to ensure they are understanding and delivering to Rockwell's standards and requirements to create the most secure and reliable solutions possible for our customers. You will report directly to the Director of Product Security / DevSecOps for Plex. Your Responsibilities: Run applications and services built on distributed cloud architectures* Build and maintain a robust suite of monitors, alerts, automation and remediation plans for software systems running in a production environment* Build and customize Docker images running our applications and services* Automate frequent, repetitive tasks* Help strengthen our focus on software quality, stability, and availability* Help mature our CI/CD pipeline and improve the workflow with automation The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in software operations / automation Experience configuring and monitoring CI/CD tools (examples: Azure Pipelines, Travis CI, GitLab, CircleCI, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.) Experience configuring and monitoring applications running on a cloud provider (examples: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Experience with container and cluster technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, Helm, etc.) Experience with pull request-based development methodology (GITHub Enterprise, GITLAB, Azure Repositories, etc.) Experience with configuration as code (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Azure Arm, AWS Cloud Formation, etc.) Experience with secrets and certificate management software (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault, Venafi, AppViewX, etc.) Experience with distributed storage and data systems (e.g. Kafka, Druid, Mongo, Redis) Experience with Artifact management technologies (Artifactory, Sonatype, etc.) Familiarity with one or more database technologies (examples: SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (examples: bash, PowerShell, Chocolatey, Dagger) Familiarity with at least two different programming languages (examples: Go, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust) Experience with security tools (SCA, DAST, SAST and others tools) Experience with threat modeling Understanding and experience with pentesting tools and techniques Understanding of OWASP top 10, DSOMM, SAMM, ATT&CK) Familiarity with vulnerability management and incident response Following Certifications a bonus - Sec+, SSCP, GSEC, CASE, CEH, CSSLP, CISSP<
