Express Employment Professionals is hiring a leasingconsultant/office assistant for a local apartment complex in the Athens, TN area.

Leasing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conduct property tours to highlight features and amenities
• Respond to inquiries about property availability, pricing, and leasing terms
• Process applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are move-in ready
• Prepare leasing agreements and explain terms and conditions to residents
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract potential tenants

Leasing Assistant Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in an office admin role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Sales and negotiation skills are a plus

Leasing Assistant Shift:

• Full-time
• Temp-to-hire
• Mon-Fri | 8A-5P
