LifePoint Health Executive Assistant - Administration - FT - Days in Clyde, North Carolina
Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.
Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.
Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
Maintains assigned calendar(s).
Maintains files and office equipment.
Orders and stocks supplies.
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in business management/administration or equivalent educational experience preferred.
Minimum Work Experience Five (5) years of experience in a business environment required.
Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
