The Company often provides air terminal and ground handling support in foreign countries to dignitaries ranging from the President of the United States, U.S. Congressmen and Cabinet members, to numerous foreign diplomats.

Maytag Aircraft Corporation is expanding our global support to Refueling Services for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV). For the past fifty years Maytag is dedicated to supporting conventional surface and air vehicles. The expansion of our services to UAV/UGV provides our customers with a proven reputable Service Company to support the increasing demand for Surface and Air Unmanned Vehicles.

Job Description

Summary:

The Senior Director of Enterprise Operations is a strategic leadership role focused on driving innovation, integration, and optimization across the organization. This position is critical to building a stable operational platform that supports rapid scaling through acquisitions and organic growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Senior Director leads initiatives to implement advanced technologies, integrate new acquisitions, and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:

Innovation:

  • Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to enhance operational performance at both corporate and client site levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce tools and processes that foster innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Lead efforts to identify and execute forward-thinking solutions that improve organizational agility and scalability.

    Integration:

  • Direct and manage the seamless integration of new acquisitions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.

  • Develop scalable systems and processes that minimize disruption during transitions and promote operational excellence.

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison during acquisitions, collaborating with executive leadership and functional teams.

    Optimization:

  • Analyze corporate and client site operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

  • Lead optimization initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce expenses, and enhance overall productivity.

  • Ensure all operations support company objectives for growth, efficiency, and quality.

    Strategic Support:

  • Partner with the CEO to design and execute frameworks for sustainable growth and scaling.

  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, fostering alignment across departments and business units.

  • Develop companies metrics and analysis capabilities, developing KPIs and key metrics for the organization and integrating them throughout the company

    Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in operational leadership, business strategy, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated expertise in innovation, operational efficiency, and process improvement.

  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, with experience in post-acquisition integration.

  • Proven track record of implementing cost optimization strategies and driving operational scalability.

  • In depth understanding of IT strategies for large organizations /US Government federal services contractors

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving.

  • Expertise in driving cross-functional collaboration and operational alignment.

  • Proficiency in integrating new technologies and scaling operations effectively.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives.

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    This position does not have direct reports but requires extensive collaboration with senior leaders, department heads, and cross-functional teams.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time position, with typical work hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

    Travel:

    This position requires up to 50% travel, including visits to client sites for transition/contract start, acquisition targets, and other operational locations.
