ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented our team in Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team in Maryland .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.

• Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation.

• Assist in the evaluation of security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.

• Assist with the configuration management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.

• Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, intelligent hubs, network switches, etc. to include system upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fifteen (15) years of related experience as an ISSO or related positions in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Experience with knowledge of current security tools, hardware/software security implementation, communication protocols, and/or encryption techniques/tools.

• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher or ability to obtain within 60 days of start date.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to collaborate with other leaders/teams, use standard office automation equipment, and virtual communication.
