Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Officer in the accomplishment of the following duties: * Promote the products and services of the business through the production of advertising material including print, radio, and outdoor promotions. * Promote Quality Service Program to enhance the overall level service provided to customers. * Assist in preparing stock transfers and assist in maintaining stock records. * Assist with preparations for various public relations and social events. * Assist in assembly and delivery of reports * Assist in maintaining and scanning * Assist in preparing and maintaining minutes for meetings * Perform various clerical duties.
