We are supporting a Non-Profit organization based in Columbia, South Carolina, and are currently seeking a HR Director. The HR Director will work very closely with the core management team. The HR Director will be responsible for the HR team and a variety of functions, including: benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, promoting employee morale, new hire/terminations and recruiting. This is both a hands on and a strategic position that is best suited for someone with wide experience and a desire to promote and implement new ideas. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources/Business) and 5+ years of relevant and progressive human resources experience. . A history of job stability and experience in all HR functions is critical. This role primarily involves the comprehensive management of the organization's Human Resources function. You will be responsible for the HR team and the HR focus' to include Employee Relations and Investigations, Recruiting, Benefits, and HRIS management (PayCom

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of progressive HR leadership experience in a similar role and ideally working knowledge of PayCom

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.

• Proven experience in managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidential
