Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment. Mechanical troubleshooting includes hydraulics, ball screw replacement, gear boxes, and rebuilding gear boxes. Electrical troubleshooting involves reading a multimeter, troubleshooting contacts, relays, proximity switches, and photo eyes. Candidates will also troubleshoot 3 Phase motors up to 480V and will be responsible for the wiring and rebuild of any motor utilized in the plant. When not performing repairs, candidates are responsible for performing preventative maintenance or training themselves on troubleshooting robotics with the tools provided by the company.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or heavy equipment experience.

• 1+ year of electrical troubleshooting experience on 3 Phase Motors 480V, Proximity Switches, contacts, relays, and other motors.

• 1+ year of hydraulic troubleshooting.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
