Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Columbus, Ohio. This role is crucial within our team and involves various responsibilities related to account reconciliation and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and process invoices accurately, ensuring correct coding

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate records

• Efficiently perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for financial data management and analysis

• Carry out check runs to ensure timely payments

• Resolve any issues related to accounts payable promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work responsibilities. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Capability to perform Check Runs is necessary.

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is essential.

• Strong Data Entry skills are a prerequisite.

• Proven experience in Invoice Processing is expected.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
