Join Our Team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative!

Are you passionate about helping others and fluent in English and Spanish? We seek dedicated individuals to provide exceptional service to our diverse customers. As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, assisting policyholders with their insurance needs, answering questions, and resolving issues with care and efficiency. The pay rate for this role is $19.50 per hour. After the first 8 weeks, the schedule will be hybrid. Training hours will be from 9 to 4:30, while the work schedule will range between 11 and 8. Responsibilities

What you'll do:

As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide efficient, high-quality service for an assigned product and/or service center. You will ensure that all internal and external customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Process business requests in accordance with federal regulations, contract provisions, and internal policies

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs promptly

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, contract provisions, and relevant state and federal regulations

  • Utilize Lean methodology to enhance workflow efficiency through problem-solving meetings and team collaboration

  • Consult on and interpret contract provisions for policyholders, agents, brokers, and other operating units, including topics requiring insurance or securities licenses

  • Route specialized inquiries to licensed representatives as needed
