Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Handyman to perform various repair and maintenance tasks. This role involves working independently on a range of projects including tile replacement, door repair, shelving construction, caulking, store restoration, drywall repair, painting, minor welding, fencing repair, and more. The handyman will also assist the office with pricing replacement parts and obtaining quotes by providing accurate part names and numbers.
Responsibilities
Perform tile replacement (ceiling, ceramic, VCT, etc.)
Replace and repair doors and hardware
Build and repair shelving
Conduct caulking tasks
Restore store entrances, remove furniture and counters
Repair and finish drywall
Paint various surfaces
Perform minor welding tasks on gates and fences
Repair fences and siding
Plywood store windows
Repair cabinets
Assist with pricing replacement parts and obtaining quotes by providing accurate part names and numbers
Essential Skills
Proficiency in carpentry, drywall repair, and use of hand tools
Experience with framing and painting
General carpentry, concrete, flooring, and drywall skills
Basic plumbing and electrical skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial/industrial handyman work including schools, universities, hospitals, hospitality, residential mixed-use facilities, and other light & heavy commercial/industrial facilities
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a drug test and check

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
