• In-office: office located in the Westerville, OH area

Job Description

Working specifically within the Insurance bucket within Escrow.

• Work through a shared inbox queue to handle correspondence with insurance companies

• Work within and navigate sites to pull specific documentation and information

• Review and update insurance documents

• Reach out to insurance company partners to handle discrepancies and make changes

• Utilize Excel to track remittances and create reports

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of banking/financial experience

• Knowledge of escrow is preferred, not required (insurance, tax, analysis, etc.)

• Eager and willing to learn attitude

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Excel

• Reliable/able to work in-office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
