Hilton Polaris, a AAA-4 Diamond property located outside the vibrant Polaris shopping area is looking for a Food & Beverage manager. Our 17-Arrows Craft Kitchen & Bar pays homage to Ohio recipes, ingredients and history with a friendly midwestern attitude. A 2024 Diner's Choice award winner, and recently a recipient of the Community Choice Award for Best Patio Dining/ Rooftop Patio, our newly opened (2022) restaurant is ready for new leadership at the helm.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Food & Beverage manager, you will be working with our restaurant, executive lounge, banquets & kitchen teams to ensure service excellence in respective areas. You will interview, hire, mentor and train your teams to provide excellent service while maintaining the highest quality of products and menu items. You will be responsible for scheduling within productivity guidelines, training standards of service, compliance with state food & beverage laws alongside local health codes. All managers are accountable for ensuring a positive and safe working environment. Maintaining accurate records, controlling costs, and being able to recommend disciplinary action as needed are essential to this role. This position is a big component to the culture of the Food & Beverage department, and requires excellent communication, adaptability, punctuality, integrity, and initiative.

  • 3-4 years: Must have at least 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position within the Food and Beverage industry.
