Job Title: General Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a 1st Shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment, including press machines, welding machines, and conveyors. This role requires electrical troubleshooting skills, including working with PLCs and 480v 3-phase wire-up motors, as well as mechanical skills involving hydraulics and pneumatics.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment
Work with press machines, welding machines, and conveyors
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs and 480v 3-phase wire-up motors
Handle mechanical issues involving hydraulics and pneumatics
Maintain conveyor systems, paint booths, large industrial presses, and welding machines
Remain on your feet throughout the workday
Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Proficiency in mechanical skills, including reading blueprints and working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to provide your own tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electrical skills with 480v 3-phase systems and PLC troubleshooting
Experience working with robotics

Work Environment
The role is based in a large industrial manufacturing facility that is not climate-controlled. Depending on the area, the environment can be loud, but all personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. Safety is a top priority on-site.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
