Veregy is seeking a Senior Project Manager experienced in the federal market in the Northeast. Summary of Position Functions The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management responsibilities associated with assuring the successful delivery of complex guaranteed energy savings infrastructure projects (ESPCs). This leader will meet financial budgets, schedules, and performance targets as well as deliver high customer satisfaction government CPAR ratings. As part of this role, the Senior Project Manager will perform project risk assessments, ensure safety standards are being met, provide job cost reporting and forecasting, and assure that all government operational policies and procedures are being followed. As the leader of a project team, the Senior Project Manager will direct activities of assistant project managers, site superintendents, and site quality managers assigned to their projects as well as work closely with site safety managers that are assigned to their projects. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for assisting in project development with reviewing bid packages, walking sub-contracts, reviewing and approving project estimates, and coordinating the project execution plan, logistics, and proposed construction schedule. Essential Position Functions Lead project communication with the customer, contractors, and all stakeholders. Manage overall project schedule, RFI list, project status reporting, and official reporting activities. Coordinate job site visits on a weekly to biweekly basis. Review Job Cost Reports with Assistant Project Managers and / or Site Superintendents to ensure accurate job costing and forecasting. Assess Job Cost Reports with Veregy's Operations Management. Work with Veregy's safety team to ensure that projects are following all governmental safety requirements and providing accurate and appropriate safety documentation. Work closely with Quality Managers and Measurement and Verification Engineering Team to ensure that each project (ECM) is delivering on its quality parameters and expected energy savings performance. Provide a monthly project report to Veregy's operations management for all assigned projects. Attend monthly project coordination meetings with subcontractors and clients separately for all assigned projects. Support the Federal Team in the development of Assistant Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Quality Managers by providing mentoring and coaching working on active projects. Contribute to performance evaluations for Assistant Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Quality Managers on a job-by-job basis.
