Williams Form Engineering has been a leader in manufacturing quality products for the Construction and Fastener Industries for over 80 years. Our construction products are divided into three main categories: Concrete Forming Hardware and Accessories; Rock and Concrete Anchor Bolts; and Post Tensioning Systems. If you are looking for a fast-paced and challenging part-time position with a family-oriented company, Williams Form Engineering is looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual to join our Comstock Park, MI team. This candidate will be an integral part of the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. Primary Responsibilities:Track daily attendance and vacationProcess weekly timecards in payroll using ADPMaintain employee files and training recordsAssist with safety program requirementsBe familiar with Human Resources and company policiesAssist Corporate Human Resources with communication and posting requirementsProvide necessary paperwork to Purchasing and Quality departmentsTrack credit card usageOrder shop suppliesOther administrative duties such as phone support, filing, and other duties as neededAdditional Responsibilities:Assist Plant Manager with additional duties as assignedQualifications:To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
