Adecco’s client is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst to join their team in California, USA.

What you’ll do:

• Investigate and analyze complex workers' compensation claims.

• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation.

• Manage claim reserves and financial aspects.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. SIP Certification.

5+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims management.

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software and systems.

Note:

This role is REMOTE in California, USA; thus, open to candidates in/around/near California, USA.

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
