ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician / Coordinator in Concord, Massachusetts
Our client, in Concord MA, is seeking a mintenance Technician / Coordinator who will be responsible for general building operations including: building opening, building safety and security.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Coordinator
Location: Concord MA
Pay Range: $23 - $25
Schedule: Mon-Fri / 7:30AM-4:30PM
What’s the Job?
Building Opening: Turning on lights, inspecting general cleanliness of facility including: conference rooms, bathrooms, pantries, etc.
Work Order Processing: Responsible for responding to and completing all requested Work Orders in a timely manner.
Shipping, Receiving and Mailroom Operations: Responsible for all domestic and international shipping, receiving including supply ordering.
Office Equipment Support/. Maintenance: Responsible for the support, maintenance, and service calls for office equipment including copiers, , shredders, water coolers, conference room equipment.
Office Ads/ Moves and Changes: Responsible for working in conjunction with Facilities Manager and outside vendors for coordination and completion of all office add moves, and changes.
What’s Needed?
Previous experience in Facilities/Operations environment
Previous experience with Wastewater Operations
Certified Fork Lift Operator
Ability to lift over 30lbs.
