The State of New Hampshire, Liquor Commission has a vacancy for a Part Time Program Assistant II.
Summary:
To perform paraprofessional duties assisting theLiquor Commission Examiner III in the Beverage Tax Program, to include reviewing and auditing tax reports for completeness and proper reporting in accordance with NH Liquor Laws, administrative rules and Federal Alcohol regulations.
Responsibilities

``` - Conducts reviews and audits of monthly Beverage Tax Reportsto verify there are no discrepancies and to confirm compliancewith the rules. Provides assistance to wholesaler, beverage vendor, andmanufacturer licensees to ensure completion of forms for accurate filingsand evaluates forms for proper filing, verifying proper receipt offunds.
Provides exceptional customer service in person, in writing, andover the telephone assisting customers with State liquor laws, Title XIIIrules, Administrative rules, and compliance. Expert assistance provided inareas such as obtaining a license, understanding the monthly reportingrequirements, and overdue payments.
Maintains inventory of samples received forproduct approval by following product receipt procedures, labelingprocesses, and maintaining the Divisions product sample directory.
- Acts as an official representative of the agency through allinternal and external communications.

Education:
