A home furnishing retailer is looking to hire an Operational Finance Support Specialist to join their team in Conshohocken, PA. • Experience in a multinational company, preferably in the retail sector.

• Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.

• Proven knowledge and experience with SAP systems.

• Experience in shared services or Business Process Outsourcing is a plus.

• Teamwork and self-driven mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operational SAP Support team, embodying our core values and leadership principles.

• Act as a super user for SAP S4 and VIM.

• Stay informed on internal processes and workflows in SAP, working closely with the Global Business Operations team to address issues with end users and suppliers.

• Partner with the Finance team and other stakeholders to monitor and resolve invoice approvals, goods receipting, SES, and blocked invoices based on daily reports.

• Analyze payment discrepancies between Ariba and VIM.

• Coordinate with unit locations, suppliers, and the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payments.

• Investigate and identify root causes of failed three-way matches in SAP.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for troubleshooting SAP system issues, providing coaching through a solution-oriented approach.

• Conduct ongoing training sessions following the rollout of the new SAP system.

• Facilitate key user chat groups to share knowledge and troubleshoot issues.

• Ensure projects are set up with the correct SAP WBS elements and address ongoing challenges.

• Gather insights on repetitive purchasing issues to contribute to continuous improvements in the SAP Ariba setup.

• Support end users in correcting system issues.

• Identify knowledge gaps among users and facilitate training as needed.
