Overview

Lutron is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Customer Education Team at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg PA. This role involves creating engaging and interactive eLearning deliverables. As a key member of the Customer Education team, you will serve as the primary contact for instructional design projects across our residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of instructional design projects.Collaborate with Engineering and Services groups to define, design, and develop instructional materials, including:Web-based modulesSoftware simulationsInstructional videosPerformance support toolsFoster strong relationships and promote a collaborative approach with team members across departments.Manage expectations of clients and internal departments.Stay updated on trends in eLearning and instructional design, integrating new practices into training deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field requiredMinimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required1-3 years of experience as an instructional designer / developerDemonstrates knowledge of instructional models and best practicesStrong understanding of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Basic LMS use, Basic Sound Recording and Video FilmingMust be located within a commutable distance of Coopersburg PA to accommodate in-office schedule
