**PART TIME - HIRING IMMEDIATLEY!!*

Looking for a CERTIFIED Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant with 2+ years of experience performing venipunctures to start working immediately with a well-established laboratory clinic!

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Schedule: PART TIME

Monday: 1p-5p

Tuesday: 9a-1p

Wednesday: 9a-5p

Thursday: 9a-1p

Friday: 9a-1p

Pay: $19/hr

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately obtaining blood samples via venipuncture and capillary collection procedures with minimum customer discomfort.

• Follows laboratory procedures for specimen collection and handling.

• Correctly identifies patient and properly labels specimens.

• Correctly identifies proper priority for collection process.

• Utilizes resources for proper collection and processing of requested tests.

• Understands and follows all safety, infection control, and OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.

• Understands and follows all HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• MUST BE CERTIFIED

• 2+ years of experience performing Venipunctures.
