Minimum/Required Qualifications Master\'s degree from an accredited university or institution. Three years\' experience in instructional design in a higher education environment. Demonstrated success in a supervisory or managerial role, or significant lead work in an instructional design setting. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, time-sensitive projects to successful completion. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, diverse, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated high level of understanding of instructional design, pedagogy, learning principles, practices, and theory, especially pertaining to the design of hybrid and online courses. Three years\' experience using authoring tools in a learning management system (such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle). Demonstrated knowledge of developing materials using a universal design approach. Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity, especially in a professional context. Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills and particularly adept at handling challenging situations with tact, creativity, and good judgment. Experience developing electronic and written presentation materials and giving presentations. Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully and inclusively, both in writing and verbally, with a diverse audience.
