HP Inc. PWI Systems and Process Tools Data Analyst in Corvallis, Oregon
This role is responsible for supporting business-critical systems and process tools used by PWI Operations in our day-to-day operations. It is also responsible for developing new tools and capabilities to streamline, automate and scale our business processes in order to support the expected growth of the PWI business for the next 3-7 years.
Responsibilities
Support and maintain PWI Operations' business-critical operational tools running in a MS SharePoint-based environment.
Design and migrate current tools that are using SharePoint Workflow and InfoPath to PowerApps and Power Automate
Design, develop, implement and maintain new business automation tools in support of PWI day-to-day operations
Lead the engagement with the PWI business and operational community to explore opportunities to streamline, automate and scale our current and new business process in support of PWI's mission and growth
Explore new tools and capabilities relevant to Operations - artificial intelligence, machine learning, bots, etc.
Education & Experience Recommended
Self-directed; excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; comfortable with uncertainty
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a software or computing-related function
Strong experience in supporting one or more supply chain related functions - demand/supply planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, order management, manufacturing, etc.
Strong understanding of HP's SAP S4 environment, particularly supporting order management and supply chain functions.
Competence in MS Power Platform - Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
Demonstrated project leadership and implementation experience with medium to large scale projects
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional, cross cultural, cross regional environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at various levels up to Director level. Graduate degree in a relevant field
Education & Experience Preferred
Experience in working/supporting one or more of HP's high value, low volume businesses like Large Format, 3DP, Industrial Print, etc.
Master's degree in a relevant field
Competence in several computer languages (CSS, C++, Java Script, HTML, Python, etc,) and tools (PowerShell, Jira, Tableau, database management, etc.)

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $149,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
