Industrial Warehouse Worker – Full-Time

Location: Council Bluffs, IA

Starting Pay: $18.00/hr. - $19/hr. (Higher pay possible for experience)

Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Minimum 45 hrs./week, up to 60 hrs. with OT)

Your Role:

  • Fill and label drums, totes, and other containers

  • Load and unload trucks, transports, and railcars

  • Work in the oil room, handle packaging, and operate pumps

  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace following all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity

  • Industrial, chemical, or food manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day

  • Clean background check, physical, and drug screen

  • No facial hair policy due to safety regulations

  • No forklift certification required
