Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in maintenance manufacturing operations and a proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities within the Maintenance Department.
Assess equipment and facilities to identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
Collaborate with the plant or production manager to plan and execute projects.
Distribute workload and oversee the maintenance team's performance.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Manage inventory and order equipment as needed.
Oversee all equipment repairs and installations.
Maintain and report on maintenance programs and daily activities.
Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
Support operations by maintaining equipment and resolving mechanical/electrical issues.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to ensure proactive uptime.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance and repair work.
Assist with budget estimates and cost management for specific repair projects.
Essential Skills
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, empower, train, direct, lead, evaluate, and coach a diverse team to achieve their full potential.
Extensive experience in maintenance manufacturing operations, including knowledge of Packaging/Mechanical Operations, Electrical maintenance, Instrumentation, Electronics/Controls, and Utility Systems, as well as boilers and compressors.
Approximately 10 years of progressively responsible maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry (experience in corrugated packaging is required).
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment.
Capability to perform sedentary work, occasionally exerting 0-10 lbs. of force, with limited movement from the workstation for brief periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Maintenance management, corrugating experience.
5+ years of leadership experience in a maintenance role within the paper industry.
Corrugator maintenance knowledge is required.
Robotics maintenance is a huge plus.
Ability to lead a team.
Flexibility to come early, stay late, and work overtime.
Experience with Die Cut and Flexo Machines, Maintenance technician, Preventive maintenance, Supervision, and Maintenance supervision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00
