Omnicell Pricing Analyst in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Sales Finance, Pricing Analyst

Omnicell’s Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in the facilitation of the company’s competitive sales, financial initiatives and process efficiencies.  This dynamic role will be part of Omnicell’s Sales Finance Team and will work extensively with sales, finance, and various cross-functional business units. Omnicell is looking for candidates with strong financial/business acumen, high-impact communication, with excellent assignment and resource management skills. The candidate will also need to effectively manage commercial discussions, be an active learner, and be able to build and maintain trusting relationships. This role will be responsible for driving deal profitability, assisting with complex deal structuring, contract cycle & sales velocity acceleration, analyzing regional contractual trends and managing cross-functional deal review groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Own relationship with Regional Sales director, sales team, providing improvement recommendations and opportunities, as well as ensuring accountability within the quote to booking process.

  • Work with Booking Team counterpart to drive quote to booking operational excellence and provide mentoring to Booking Team for financial, process and cross training opportunities.

  • Consult and collaborate with sales partners on complex deal structuring, inclusive of; advising on best practices for profitability optimization and short vs. long term relationship impact.

  • Manage adherence to contract, pricing and accounting guidelines.

  • Consistently drive to optimize contract cycle time, profitability metrics and customer experience.

  • Review and approve opportunities and pricing, in accordance with company’s guidelines.

  • Summarize and analyze regional trends, develop recommendations to management and implement recommendations.

  • Drive recurring quarterly business reviews with sales leadership and Booking Team counterparts.

  • Participate in new initiatives, including proposed deal models, pricing tools and new product process implementation.

  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and participate in projects as required or determined by management.

  • Support Business transformation as identified.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Working Knowledge of finance and accounting

  • Ability to work with and analyze large quantities of data

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment

  • Capacity to prioritize, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles.

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to analyze and recommend improvements to existing process (financial and business)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field, Accounting, Finance, Economics

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Regional Sales Support/Operations based role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP, SalesForce or other CRM experience

  • Advanced in Excel and Other financial reporting tools

  • Previous Experience working in a position that collaborates with Sales, Operations or similar experience

  • Heavy Workload during peak times.
