Description
Apple is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Operations Process Manager with a strong background in managing sensitive ER processes. This role requires expertise in ER process execution, complex documentation, data management, and the ability to meet deadlines with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sensitive and complex operational activities related sensitive employee relations processes. You will be the primary point of contact for US process execution and be a partner to the Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) and People Business Partner (PBP) teams. You’ll also lead and be a key member of various continuous improvements processes across employee relations.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of deep expertise in employee relations and human resources processes, confident in managing complex legally impacting administration, documentation and data management.
Extensive experience in managing processes and related legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong presentation skills and experience with applications such as Keynote or Powerpoint
Highly analytical with a strong proficiency in Excel reporting.
Executive reporting skills and the ability to use data to highlight and influence.
Knowledge of US Employment law and ER Processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness in every task.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance with legal requirements, and maintenance of process and support materials.
Experience supporting transformation of Employee relations processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies, tools, or workflows.
Experience leading ER /HR operational projects and working in a People / Employee Relations global team.
Experience in project management, leading change and implementing solutions.
Strong knowledge of People-centered technologies such as ServiceNow CRM and WorkDay.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
