Description

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, design and roll out of exceptional employee experiences and journeys including tools and metrics that support our teams. You will manage global cross-functional projects -Apply thought leadership to drive the design, development, implementation and management of initiatives that align with Apple Retail priorities. -Manage complex global projects to major timeline turning points. -Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach. -Measure the impact and success of programs and gather insights to influence future enhancements or net new strategies -Establish productive relationships with field teams, Global Retail Support, and Apple partners globally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Program Management or strategic operations experience or Store Leadership experience

  • Experience leading programs at a global level, with considerations to local nuance and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven experience working in People Strategy, Product Management and/or Experience in Retail store environments

  • Ability to lead and navigate organizational change, implementing new insights and/or business process changes effectively within Apple.

  • Knowledge of industry leading professional practices for performance enablement and employee experience and satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and information, identify trends and problem statements, build innovative solutions and strategies, drive implementation and execution, and iterate. Show an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
