The Ownership Operations team develops differentiated store experiences and supports Retail performance by analyzing and innovating the customer journey. In this role, you will be focused on the future of our Apple Retail Stores, collaborating cross-functionally across Apple. You have a deep passion for Apple’s products and mission, and love to think about the future, but can also program manage complex roll outs.

Description

This role will use insights to develop the strategy and define customer journeys for potential future products and/or customer experiences in our Retail stores and will play a critical roll in driving a seamless roll out of these new experience to impact Retail performance. -Analyze retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform future strategies. -Distill complexity to create simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally. -Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of future programs and priorities for Apple Retail. -Partner across teams globally and with leadership to find opportunities to iterate on existing programs or create new programs. -Creatively problem solve while weighing implications, tracking critical milestones, proposing changes, and building contingency plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience developing strategies for Go-To-Market Operations or Strategic Operations

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver fully developed and well-reasoned analyses and experiences.

  • Adept at working cross-functionally and managing senior collaborator relationships

  • Experience in developing retail strategy, business case development and scenario modeling, to influence critical business decisions

  • Ability to distill complex information to be easily digestible for a broad range of audiences, and highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships.

  • Ownership attitude and high agency to take a proactive role in problem solving and leading project work-streams from end-to-end.

  • Strong understanding of technology and the role technology can play in a Retail Store, and comfort interacting with technical teams

  • Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

  • BA/BS preferred

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
