The Ownership Operations team develops differentiated store experiences and supports Retail performance by analyzing and innovating the customer journey. In this role you will lead and strategically guide the team that creates the Customer Experience programs that bring best in class customer and employee experiences at Apple Retail Stores. You have a deep passion for Apple’s products and mission, and love to think strategically about how to innovate the customer experience and drive performance.

Description

  • Lead and develop a team to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving Retail landscape to deliver on Apple Retail goals. - Drive analysis of retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform future customer experience strategies. - Innovate and develop only at Apple customer experiences through deep customer insight analysis and understanding of industry trends. - Distill complexity to guide teams in creating simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally. - Own and drive the development of program and process improvements in partnership with global and geo cross functional teams. - Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of future programs and priorities for Apple Retail. - Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience or equivalent in Strategy, Strategic Ops, Management consultancy or other strategic roles that define customer experiences.

  • 5+ years Leadership experience with proven ability to develop high performing teams by cultivating a ownership mindset and pro activeness in problem solving.

  • Proven leadership in conceptualizing and launching complex global programs/projects.

  • Deep analytical experience to drive development of key performance metrics that inform business decisions.

  • Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for commercial enablement to enhance revenue, increased attach rates, and engagement —driving business growth through strategic insights.

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complexity to be easily internalized for a broad range of audiences. Leverages data to drive recommendations, decision, and storytelling that resonates with internal audiences and leadership.

  • Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships. Skilled in delivering persuasive presentations to leadership.

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA preferred - education is just one aspect of your comprehensive skillset.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
